We ship worldwide.

Free shipping within the Netherlands.
The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 9,00.
The shipping costs for the rest of Europe are € 16,00.
The shipping costs for the rest of the World are € 24,00.

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Please allow up to 3-14 days for delivery (certain countries even 18 days). If you have any questions, please contact us at info@moxbabyshoes.com

Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to decide if the product is right for you. If 14 days have gone by since you have received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached. We will not refund or exchange any product that has been damaged (not due to our error), soiled, washed, altered or worn. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number.

Return Shipping & Exchange Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at info@moxbabyshoes.com and we will provide you with the information on how to return the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for return packages.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 14 days for the processing of returns. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the above policy will apply. We may cancel orders for any reason. Some situations in which orders are cancelled may include: the item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
